Spring Workshops

Cancellation alert: Due to low response, the Mountain Location for the 2006 Spring Workshops has been cancelled. If there is sufficient interest (minimum of 15 registrations) then the workshop may be rescheduled for sometime in May. Contact Vic Spencer below to indicate interest. Potential participants may also consider the Piedmont Location in Winston-Salem, scheduled for Monday, April 24th.

The NCPMA is pleased to announce that it is sponsoring a series of 2-part workshops. At the Mountain (Flat Rock) location, the morning session (from 9:00am to noon) will be on "Everything you need to know about NCOneMap", and the afternoon session (from 1:00pm to 5:00pm) will be "The Floodplain Mapping Program in North Carolina".

From Asheville Take I-26 East to Exit 53. Turn right onto Upward Rd. Go about 1/2 mile. Turn right onto South Allen Drive.

From Shelby Take US 74 West to I-26 West. Take 1-26 West to Exit 53. Turn left onto Upward Rd. Go about 1/2 mile. Turn right onto South Allen Drive.
**Follow directions From S. Allen Dr. below.

From Brevard Take US 64 East to Downtown Hendersonville. Turn right on Church St. (US 25 South) Stay on US 25 South until US 176. Turn left onto US 176. Go 2.2 miles, then turn left onto Upward Rd. Go 8/10 of a mile and turn left onto South Allen Dr.
**Follow directions from S. Allen Dr. below.

**From S. Allen Dr. Go about 4/10 mile to BRCC sign on left. Turn left onto College Drive. Go past the lake on your right and into the next parking lot on the right. The Patton Building is the second building from the road between the parking lot and the lake.
